Vigilante - help me find this!

In 2001, Steve Jackson Games published Vigilante, a bizarre pseudo-LARP that some have interpreted as a bit of social commentary rather than a set of rules. It was written by Philip Reed, and was only available by mail-order from Warehouse 23. Since then, it seems to have disappeared, and apparently no one has scanned it into a PDF (or uploaded the original as such).

As a collector of RPG-adjacent weirdness, this interests me in spite of its (probable) lack of content. Here's all the info I can find on it, both official stuff from SJG and contemporary reviews from RPG.net.

Steve Jackson Games - "Vigilante". Main page for the "game".

Steve Jackson Games - "Everything We've Ever Published". It's stock number 3008.

Daily Illuminator, August 31, 2001. An official news post about its release.

RPG.net - summary page for the "game". Three separate people reviewed it shortly after its release.

I'm also enclosing a couple of pictures below, that are the only public preview of the "game".
